IM OK WITH THAT TO BUT ISNT A WAY THAT WE CHANGE GUILD NAME WITH OUT LOSING LVL3

I'm afraid not, but they will help to make lvl 3 again. Anyway if we would need lvl 3 fast sometime, Deka can still guild the whole guild back.

Problem is for a guild name......someone would like to have a different name, other than S.P.Q.R.
